It measures11/16" at it's widest point. It will accommodate wrist sizes 5-1/2" to 7".
Your wrist size can be found by using a cloth measuring tape or a piece of string that you can lay along a ruler. Mark the circumference just above your wrist bone. Please indicate Small (5.5") Medium (6.5) or large (7). Please email us to order larger size.
